Program Calendar

Program Calendar

The Art of Piano studio calendar follows the example of university-based, community music schools. The academic year is divided into fall and spring semesters starting in August and January. A flexible summer session is also offered most  years. If there are openings available, new students may begin lessons after the term has begun and their tuition will be adjusted.

Each private lesson incudes an additional 30-minute or longer session in the student computer lab immediately after or before the lesson.

The lesson schedule is made right after the registration deadline for each term, based on students’ preferences and teacher availability. Exact lesson days and times will not be available until scheduling is completed.  Students who register after scheduling day must choose lessons times from those still available.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all instruction has been delivered online since March 16.  The time of return to face-to-face instruction will depend on CDC recommendations and state advisories. As always at The Art of Piano, the wellbeing of our students is of primary importance.
